Stephanie Lind | Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Stephanie Lind is the founder of Elohi Strategic Advisors. Prior to Elohi, Stephanie spent over 25 years working for Fortune 500 companies like PepsiCo, Sysco, McDonald’s supply chain partner Havi Logistics. Most recently, Stephanie led global sales initiatives for Impossible Foods.

Dimitra Rizzi | Chief Executive Officer

Dimitra Rizzi is the CEO of Elohi Strategic Advisors and a foodservice expert and entrepreneur. For the last 25 years, Dimitra has proven herself to be an accomplished C-suite leader in strategy and foodservice sales leadership and retail operations from Wendy’s to GET Enterprises.

Dimitra started her career at Wendy’s International where she was promoted to Director of Operations before leaving to open her own 32-unit bagel restaurant franchise. She then entered manufacturing at Sara Lee where she developed enterprise-wide training. She has since held multiple executive level and C-suite roles for publicly held, family-owned, and private equity held businesses.

James McCollum | Chief Operating Officer

For over 12 years, James has led consumer marketing, brand management, and product innovation efforts at companies like 3M, Del Monte Foods, Impossible Foods and the JM Smucker Company. He’s launched over 100 new products into market, successfully managed small and large brands within the corporate portfolios, managed both small and large teams, and gained valuable M&A experience. Included in the many product launches were projects that launched entirely new brands and sub-brands, innovation that expanded existing brands into new categories, and numerous products extending a current brand’s base business.

Catherine Porter | Senior Vice President, Marketing

Catherine has spent 20+ years in product and customer marketing roles in the food industry, including positions with Sara Lee, McCain and Maple Leaf. Primarily focused on accelerating growth in foodservice channels, she has also led new business development in the supermarket perimeter and convenience store segments. She has led re-branding efforts, developed insights-driven selling propositions, channel-specific marketing strategies, communication & advertising plans, and led new product development and commercialization initiatives. Catherine has collaborated with operators to create new menu strategies, LTOs, and marketing tactics that create incremental business for operators and manufacturers.
